/A „CARPE DIEM” (latin szállóige) “Ragadd meg a napot!” a híres római költőtől, Horatiustól (Kr. e. 65 – Kr. e. 8) származik, aki az “Ódák” című művében használta először ezt a fordulatot./

“Tárd ki hát karjaidat, engedd be a csodát!”
“CARPE DIEM – Come Closer” egy “kisérleti” album, melyet a Mesterséges Intelligenciával közösen alkottunk. Így születtek meg a “Rock – Elektronikus Pop – Klasszikus zene” fúziójával, az angol nyelvű dalok.
Izgalmasnak tartottam a Mesterséges Intelligenciával közösen alkotni, elmondani a gondolataimat, érzéseimet, melyeket közösen verssorokba foglaltuk. Így született meg a hat dal, és közöttük egy-egy közjáték, melyekkel együtt végül tizenegy alkotás hallható az albumon. Ezúttal is egy “zenefolyam”, de a tételek egymástól függetlenül is értelmezhetőek. A téma azonban végig hű az album címéhez: “CARPE DIEM”, és az élni-szeretésemről szól!
Zeneileg hiánypótló (számomra) az életművemet tekintve, mert mindig is szerettem volna ilyen albumot (is) alkotni! A Klasszikus zene művelése mellett kiskorom óta rock-koncertekre (is) jártam, és mindez jelentősen befolyásolta az ízlésemet és világlátásomat, így az album kicsit visszatekint a múltra, és hűen fejezi ki azt, amit az élet tanított, ami által egy teljesebb életet élhettem…

“So open up your arms, let the wonder right in!”
“CARPE DIEM – Come Closer” is an “experimental” album that we created together with Artificial Intelligence. This is how the English-language songs were born, with the fusion of “Rock – Electronic Pop – Classical music”.
I thought it was exciting to create together with Artificial Intelligence, to express my thoughts and feelings, which we put together in lines of poetry. This is how the six songs were born, and an interlude between them, which together make up eleven compositions that can be heard on the album. This time it is also a “stream of music”, but the pieces can be interpreted independently of each other. However, the theme remains true to the album title throughout: “CARPE DIEM”, and it is about my love of life!
Musically, it fills a gap (for me) in terms of my oeuvre, because I have always wanted to create such an album (too)! In addition to studying Classical music, I have been going to rock concerts since I was a child, and all this has significantly influenced my taste and worldview, so the album looks back a little on the past and faithfully expresses what life has taught me, which has allowed me to live a more fulfilling life…

Míg a szerző korábbi albumai (pl. “Globalizáció”, v. “Árnyék és Fény“) inkább kozmikus, neoklasszikus vagy komolyabb hangvételűek, a “CARPE DIEM” egy kifejezetten pörgős, könnyed, angol nyelvű pop-rock, elektronikus anyag. A dalszövegek központi gondolata a jelen pillanat öröme, a gondok elengedése, a szabadság és az életigenlés…
Mesterséges intelligencia (AI) a produkcióban;
A zeneszerző ennél az albumnál nyíltan beemelte a modern technológiát az alkotási folyamatba. A dalok zenéjét és szövegét Hatvani Szabolcs jegyzi, a vokális és elektronikus hangszerelési elemek megvalósításában viszont AI-alapú zenei eszközöket hívott segítségül, ötvözve a klasszikus zeneszerzői struktúrát a legújabb digitális megoldásokkal.
A dalszövegek univerzális emberi életérzéseket és állapotokat ragadnak meg. A főbb szövegi motívumok több pillérre épülnek;
A JELEN pillanat abszolutizmusa (“Carpe Diem”): A dalszövegek visszatérő eleme az IDŐ. A múltat mint elengedendő terhet, a jövőt pedig mint felesleges aggodalmak forrását mutatják be. A dalszövegek üzenete szerint az egyetlen létező valóság a MOST!
A FÉNY és SÖTÉTSÉG kontrasztja: A “Let it Shine” vagy a “Golden Shore” soraiban a fény (napsütés, aranyszín, ragyogás) a mentális szabadságot, az örömöt és a reményt szimbolizálja, míg a sötétség vagy a vihar a mindennapi stresszt és a megfelelési kényszert.
A ZENE mint menedék és katalizátor: Számos tétel szövegében maga A ZENE, a ritmus (the beat) és a tánc JELENTI A KIUTAT A SZÜRKE HÉTKÖZNAPOKBÓL. A zene nemcsak háttérzaj, hanem egy olyan ERŐ, ami átveszi az irányítást a test és az elme felett.
Vizuális és videós megjelenés; Hatvani Szabolcs nemcsak zeneszerzőként, hanem rendezőként is jegyzi a lemezhez készülő videóklipeket és promóciós anyagokat. A dalokhoz saját vizuális világot és klip-koncepciókat társít hamarosan a csatornáján.

A “CARPE DIEM – Come Closer” album angol nyelvű dalszövegei kifejezetten élet-igenlők, energikusak és a jelen pillanat megélésére buzdítanak. A dalszövegek szövegvilága jól tükrözi a mai populáris elektronikus zene (EDM / Synth-pop) műfaji sajátosságait: rövid, könnyen megjegyezhető, refrénközpontú sorok, amelyek közvetlen, pozitív üzenetekkel hatnak a hallgatóra.
